As a cooperative, we place great value on knowledge. And it is the expertise of our staff, among other things, that gets growers to join us. We want to maintain and further strengthen that confidence placed in us.
This is why we are deliberately taking further steps to deploy, strengthen and share our expertise. We want to continue experiencing meaningful growth. That’s why it’s important for knowledge sharing to become more scalable and for new forms of learning, such as hybrid training paths with digital and physical content, to become embedded in our organization.
Supporting the development of employees and growers
In 2024, we launched Hoogstraten Learning Fields, a platform that helps us to centralize and partially automate the knowledge-sharing process. This makes it easier for us meet the increasingly high expectations of Belgian legislation for record keeping and transparency.
Hoogstraten Learning Fields allows us to track employee qualifications accurately. In the future, we will also include our growers in this system, supporting them in their continued development.
We are proud that partners such as Proefcentrum Hoogstraten and Den Berk Délice have joined this pilot project.
Growing as a knowledge organization
Our employees have translated their specialties into self-designed learning modules tailored to our organization. In addition, we have acquired more general content from our partner GoodHabitz, allowing employees to gain both soft skills and practical knowledge.
By doing so, we are both maintaining our reputation as a knowledge organization and building on it.
Together, with Hoogstraten Learning Fields and the commitment of our specialists, we are building a future where knowledge and growth go hand in hand.
