We are still a Great Place to Work in 2025
In 2025, Coöperatie Hoogstraten continues to work under the Great Place to Work banner, with 98% of colleagues seeing us as a great place to work. This is something we are immensely proud of.
This international certification gauges workplace culture based on surveys of employees. To achieve this certification, surveys need to achieve a score of 70% or higher.
This year’s report even better than last year
A whopping 98% of colleagues see us as a great place to work, up 10% on last year. What’s more, the average score for all questions was 80%, up from 72% last year.
Our employees:

We are also taking their feedback on board, of course, for points where there is still room for improvement.
