This is something we are immensely proud of.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This international certification gauges workplace culture based on surveys of employees. To achieve this certification, surveys need to achieve a score of 70% or higher.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>This year&rsquo;s report even better than last year<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A whopping 98% of colleagues see us as a great place to work<\/strong>, up 10% on last year. What&rsquo;s more, the average score for all questions was 80%, up from 72% last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our employees:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are treated fairly,\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>feel valued and\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>can be themselves.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are also taking their feedback on board, of course, for points where there is still room for improvement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe would like to thank all of our colleagues for their commitment.
